January 5, 2012.

This page has been moved, Paul and Cabinet people (in case somebody does their editorial job and checks the facts, links and citations Paul used, if he did so without checking to find that the page he was hoping to cite or quote has moved).

I, at first, thought you had been unfairly manipulated by some editor at Cabinet Magazine, Paul. I was willing to give you the benefit of the doubt. However, I feel now that you and he now have no qualms about soliciting us, then using our work. We spoonfed you the article. When you could not comprehend or failed to read closely about our online work, we restated what was plainly evident on this page (before), or the first part, or in our 'interview' and restated and simplified it. We made our words and explanations under your false pretenses and now you will use that material and attempt to claim some credit for your clarity or brilliance or whatever.

You should have told your editor that you would not be a party to his shenanigans. Once you agreed to them, you became a co-conspirator in this fiasco. (Remember Mei Lai?) For you to rewrite my research and take advantage of Bill's work because he hates fighting, when you only had access to him through me, is not what I would expect from any nice, ethical researcher or author or editor of that author. As he told you, he is reclusive, and would not have talked to you at all if it wasn't for me.

Do not use his translations, Paul. In fact I would not use anything he said, until my Part 2 is up. Then you can use what I don't there.

By the way, Cabinet Magazine made a Million Dollars last year. Their 990 is online. To prostitute your art and conscience, you should charge much more than a pittance.

Alas, I found a free online complete copy of one of the 2012 Cabinet Magazine Issues. They do not even protect their authors' and artists' contributions from unpaid access/hacking, and do not bother to monitor for this infringing of their copyright. The million bucks did not pay for adequate security measures or monitoring for the breaches of it.

I am not mean. I told you that an online copy is available here and now, to the whole world, and I certainly did not have to. That doesn't mean I have to tell you where (doing Cabinet's job again gratis). It took all of three minutes of simple google research to find it. I will list the unfortunate fact with the location of the page (a link) on the Addendum to Part 2. I certainly feel no obligation to rush to inform either you or your editor or Cabinet Magazine by doing more work on my part. I will not do Cabinet's job or your job, Paul, any longer without ironclad demonstrations of gratitude (for not getting nastier), remorse, and reimbursement in some acceptable fashion (to me and Bill), for our wasted work and wasted time.
